How do I sign up?

To sign up, you need to follow 3 simple steps:

Click the "Sign up" link and choose to sign up with email, Facebook or Google.
Fill up all the required fields and click "Continue" at the end.
You will get a verification email to activate your account. Click on the link to verify your account. If you did not receive the link, check your junk mail or inform us.

Once you're registered, you can sign in and have access to bookings with discounted rates!

I can’t find my confirmation e-mail

First check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders – it might end up there by mistake. You can also find your confirmation under the “Reservations History” section of your account.

Question 3

How do I cancel my booking?

After you have signed in, click your name link on the upper right corner of your screen and click "Booking History". You may select the particular booking you wish to cancel.
Click "Cancel Booking". Please review the cancellation policy of your reservation.

Will I need to pay anything extra on arrival?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes you're expected to pay taxes and charges upon arrival. If this is the case, the amount is stated before you book and in your confirmation email. If no amount is stated, you shouldn't pay anything upon arrival.

I have a special request for the property, what do I do?

Accepted Answer

If you have a special request for the property, like an extra bed, early check-in, or transportation to get there, you need to contact the property directly before arrival. There's no guarantee, but they might be able to offer some of these extra services.

How can I confirm I made the payment?

Accepted Answer

You’ll find your payment confirmation in your confirmation email, or on your confirmation under the “Reservations History” section of your account.
