How do I sign up?

To sign up, you need to follow 3 simple steps:

Click the "Sign up" link and choose to sign up with email, Facebook or Google.
Fill up all the required fields and click "Continue" at the end.
You will get a verification email to activate your account. Click on the link to verify your account. If you did not receive the link, check your junk mail or inform us.

Once you're registered, you can sign in and have access to bookings with discounted rates!

How do I cancel my booking?

After you have signed in, click your name link on the upper right corner of your screen and click "Booking History". You may select the particular booking you wish to cancel.
Click "Cancel Booking". Please review the cancellation policy of your reservation.

The amount charged does not match the amount stated on my booking, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

If we charged you incorrectly, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We'll need a copy of your bank statement showing the incorrect charges as well as your booking confirmation number. If the property charged you incorrectly, please reach out to the property directly for help.

How do I view my bookings?

After you have signed in, click your name’s link on the upper right corner of your screen and click "Booking History". You may browse all your bookings in that page.

How do I redeem a certificate?

Accepted Answer

To redeem your certificate, after signing in, click on "Wallet" then "Redeem Certificate". Type in your certificate code and it will be added in your wallet.

How do I check my wallet balance?

Accepted Answer

First, sign into your account. Then, click on "Wallet" and you'll go to the page where you can see your balance. You can also click "Details" to know more information on your wallet.
