How do I cancel my booking?
After you have signed in, click your name link on the upper right corner of your screen and click "Booking History". You may select the particular booking you wish to cancel. Click "Cancel Booking". Please review the cancellation policy of your reservation.

Because this booking is facilitated by a partner company, the property may be overbooked. If that's the case, the partner will notify us and we will immediately refund and cancel your booking.
